- 500 gr Mantarist Oyster Mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tyme
- Chop the onions and put them in the pan with olive oil and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add finely chopped garlic to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
- After chopping the Mantarist Oyster Mushrooms and adding them to the pan, sauté for 7-8 minutes.
- Add cream to the pan with tomato paste and mix thoroughly.
- Add salt, pepper, thyme and optionally, red pepper flakes.
- After cooking your sauce for 5 more minutes, you can grate some cheese (optional) and serve.
