- 500 gr Mantarist Oyster Mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 200 ml cream
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp mozzarella or cheddar cheese (may need extra cheese to cover the small servings based on preference)
- Chop your Mantarist Oyster Mushrooms and onions, add olive oil to a pan and sauté until caramelized.
- Add salt, pepper and flour to the mushrooms and mix.
- Add a pack of cream to the mixture and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add your milk to the pan, stirring little by little, and cook for 5 minutes.
- You can add fresh cheddar cheese to the mixture and take it off the stove after mixing thoroughly.
- Place the mixture in casserole dishes and bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- You can serve the casseroles after you take them out of the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
